Hillary/McCain Win The New Hamshire Primary1/7/2008 It was a nail biter of a race in the Democratic New Hampshire Primary between Barock Obama and Hillary Clinton where Hillary Won the Primary by a slim margin of 2%. John Edwards finished a distant third place.Obama did publicly congratulate Hillary for the win but is still very much in the running to make history and to become the nations first black president. The Machinist Union has backed Mrs. Clinton and is working very hard in every state to turn out the vote in these primaries and to help get out her message. Hillary is being touted as the "come back kid" by her supporters. John McCain, the Repblican Senater from Arizona had a much easier win over his closest rivel (Mitt Romney) beating him by a 5% margin while Mike Huckabee finished a distant third place. McCain had 37 percent, Romney 32 percent, Huckabee 11 percent.
